• How to choose a dunnage bag/inflatable dunnage bag?

The size is relevant with the void/gap of the goods/cargo,and also with the deepth of the cargo/goods.

Generally，we think the relationship as follows:

1.200mmgap/void,use the dunnage bag width is 500mm

2.300mmgap/void,use the dunnage bag width is 800mm

3.400mmgap/void,use the dunnage bag width is 1000mm

4.500mmgap/void,use the dunnage bag width is 1200mm

• How to use a dunnage bag/dunnage air bag/air cushion?

1.Dunnage bag inflation tools

2.How inflate a dunnage bag?

1. Choose the right size of dunnage air bag by the width and height of goods’(working) gap.

2. Choose the right pneumatic tools by the valve of dunnage air bag

3. Put the dunnage air bag between the goods gap.

4. Use the air compresser to inflate the dunnage air bag by the right pneumatic tools（Pleaes do not rotate open the valve, just turn on the stopper）.

5. Stop inflation while the dunnage air bag filled the gap properly, do not exceed tight.

6. Turn off the stopper of the dunnage air bag .
